Ptaszyna. Koniec czyli początek to skrypt z rozmyślań i doświadczeń skoncentrowanych wokół tematu przemiany.

Birdie. The End That Is The Beginning is a script of reflections and experiences focused on the theme of transformation. Changes that never happened, failed, or remained unfinished –visible on both micro and macro scales, unnoticed or decisive for existence and ways of being – are all embedded in the very core of this book. The texts collected in the volume are unafraid to engage with questions of time, breath, meaning, and finality – universal issues that are nevertheless experienced in an intimate, personal way. Additionally, between the lines the reader will find a graphic narrative created by the poet herself.

look at that piece of blue
I was searching for something
more from above and above all
more from less
less from more
higher from lower
I was searching in full and empty
upper limit – just a sigh
lower – a vulgar river
in between of I love and I am scared
the world
with droplets rolling down the glass
unable to force their way inside

I don’t like it when a woman swears – you said
and I
don’t want you to like me
or nobody else
I prefer a thread of understanding more than a shadow of liking
a thread as it twists becomes a sailor’s rope
on which you anchor convinced
it’s more lasting than mainland
when you cast it loose
it makes the mark after contact and the smell on the fibre and you’ll
say: everyone can stop here
possible – I’ll answer looking at west searching for the wind
