Przestrzeń JA jest miejscem doświadczania. Jedynym. To tu, w pamięci umysłu i komórek, dzięki widzeniu, doznaniu i przeżyciu zapisuje się każde zdarzenie. Wypełniamy się pamięcią, kolorujemy emocjami. To nas stwarza. Traktując się eksperymentalnie, bez przywiązania do konkretnego stanu poczucia, będąc w roli obserwatora, człowiek ma szansę poszerzyć spektrum swojego bycia. Oprócz emocji i myśli wyraźniej dostrzec ciało, które jest reaktywnym pojemnikiem na to wszystko. Intensywniej poczuć też to KTO/CO obok.

By treating oneself experimentally, without attachment to a fixed state of being, and by taking the role of an observer, a person gains the chance to broaden the spectrum of their existence.
